Dixon Environmental is pleased to present this interactive website designed to provide the most complete guidance available for MON regulatory compliance.  Dixon Environmental would particularly like to recognize the contribution of the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Association (SOCMA) and their assistance with the website.

The MON Resource Center provides numerous opportunities for environmental personnel at regulated facilities to relate to others affected by the MON rule.  The MON Resource Center takes compliance guidance to the next level by offering easy access and improved searchability for information available on the internet, a 10-Step Action Plan, "plain English" summaries, equipment requirements, numerous tables and decision diagrams, and a subscribers' forum to facilitate discussion, sharing of information, and collaborative problem-solving.

The MON Resource Center is an internet-based tool designed to provide organic chemical manufacturers with current information and assistance in order to facilitate compliance with 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart FFFF, the Miscellaneous Organic National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants, frequently referred to as "the MON rule". The MON Resource Center has four (4) main components:

• The MON Reference Library,
• The MON Compliance Assistant,
• The NSPS SOCMI YYY Compliance Assistant, and
• The Subscribers Forum.

The SOCMI YYY Compliance Assistant provides tools and information to support New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Subpart YYY Compliance Efforts.

Inside the Subpart YYY Compliance Assistant, you will find:

• "Plain English" Rule Summaries,
• Compliance guidance, tools, and recommendations,

• Convenient Tables, Flow Diagrams, and Illustrations,

• Internet links to EPA and other resources, and

• Know the Information is Always Current and Up to Date.

The MON Reference Library contains important documents and guidance materials relating to the MON rule in a convenient, easily accessible location.  The majority of the tools are available for viewing in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and are searchable and downloadable.

• A Bulletin Board to facilitiate discussions with peers,
• Periodic web conferences on topics of general interest,
• A place to submit suggestions for site enhancements, and
• A place to submit surveys to direct trade association lobbying efforts.
